What do these prices include?
Everything listed on the package, delivered against a written scope. The quote you approve is the price you pay — if I underestimate the work, that’s my problem, not your invoice.
How do payments work?
Typically half up front and half at launch, agreed in writing before any work starts. The Care Plan bills monthly and you can cancel any time.
What about hosting costs?
Hosting and domains are billed by the providers directly to accounts you own — typically $10–40/month depending on the setup. I configure them; you keep the keys.
Can you take over an existing site?
Yes — rescues and migrations are common work. It starts with a short audit so the quote reflects what’s actually in there, not a guess.
What happens after launch?
Your choice: the Care Plan keeps me responsible for updates, backups, monitoring, and small changes — or you take a documented handover and run it yourself. No lock-in either way.
