How a project runs

1. Scope — a short call and a fixed quote. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

3. Ship — an automated, tested deploy. Launches here are boring on purpose.
4. Run — monitoring, backups, and updates through a monthly Care Plan, or a clean handover with documentation if you’d rather run it yourself.
